This time, in some mind-fractillating new hues. Like most menswear hall-of-famers, the Aran jumper came from humble beginnings. First intended for Irish fishermen back in the 19th century (and usually knitted by their wives), these eventually found their way onto the torsos of the likes of David Bowie and Steve McQueen, thus cementing their place in the history books. Ours are made in England and sport that el classico chunky cable-knit pattern, with the added benefit of a relaxed fit, a low-profile collar, and precisely two ultra-useful patch pockets, meaning it’s a good deal more wearable than anything you’d find stacked in the back of a musty old gentlemen’s outfitters.
